HILTON A. MARCUS (ASSOCIATE)

Hilton advises clients on a range of estate and wealth planning matters, including federal gift and federal and New York State estate tax, lifetime gifting, multigenerational planning, and on issues relating to retirement plans and charitable giving.  Hilton works closely with clients to ensure they achieve optimal tax results while meeting their non-tax goals. He also counsels estate and trust fiduciaries on estate administration matters and represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, creditors, and other interested parties in litigation before the New York Surrogate’s Courts.

Prior to coming to Brady Klein Weissman, LLP, Hilton worked for a boutique estate planning and litigation firm in New York City, and spent over a decade on healthcare law and policy in both New York and Washington, DC, including as Chief of Staff to a Brooklyn healthcare system, Assistant General Counsel to the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia, and as an attorney for a boutique health care law firm in Washington, focusing on Medicare and Medicaid matters.

Hilton is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
